Step 1: Preparing Your Lashes
Do: Gently remove lashes from the packaging using your fingers or an applicator to maintain their shape.
Don’t: Tug on the magnetic strips, as this may damage their hold.

Step 2: Applying the Lashes
Do: Align the lashes to fit your lash line, trimming if necessary. Starting from the inner corner, press them gently into place. The magnets will securely snap into position.
Don’t: Misalign the lashes, as this may cause discomfort or an unnatural look.

Step 3: Adjusting & Securing
Do: Gently press down to ensure the lashes are comfortably aligned.
Don’t: Tug or press too hard, as this may damage your natural lashes

Step 4: Removal & Care
Do: Slide the lashes apart gently and clean with a dry cloth to remove debris.
Don’t: Pull them off or use wet products, as this may harm the magnets.
Common Problems
Why won’t my lashes release from the applicator?
Ensure the lashes are positioned towards the “V” of the applicator. This alignment helps the magnets disengage properly for smooth removal.
What if the lashes don’t fit my eye shape?
Hold the lash up to your eye to check the fit. Trim the lashes as needed to match the length of your natural lash line.
How do I align the magnets on the applicator?
Make sure the magnets are visible and aligned properly on the applicator. Both lash strips should point towards the “V” of the applicator for accurate placement.
What should I do if the lashes won’t click together?
If the lashes don’t click, try flipping them around. They may be misaligned. Check that the magnets are facing the correct direction.
How can I tell if the magnets are facing the wrong way?
Ensure you can see the magnets on the back of the lash. Place them on the part of the applicator labeled “up” for correct alignment.
Why aren’t the lashes clamping securely onto my lash line?
Once the lashes are positioned, gently press the applicator to secure them along your natural lash line. Make sure they are evenly aligned for the best fit.
How do I remove the lashes without damage?
Gently use your thumb and index finger to separate the lashes. Push your thumb toward your eye and your index finger away to safely release the magnets.
